Such a disappointment. We arrived last Thursday at 5pm after a long 6hrs drive from Jaipur. We were told at reception that we had been upgraded to a suite but when we got there the door would not open...it looked stuck in the top corner . After calling reception a member of staff came with his tool box...and try to ease the door with a screwdriver....unsuccessfully. so we were told to go to 5th floor for High tea. Finally we received a message that the door had been opened but as we refused the room in case it happened again we were told to wait until another room was found and check apparently, checked for what.....was the hotel totally full ????? it took 1hr 30 before we got another room and the Assistant Manager ?? To explain why the door was stuck , did we care? No, all we wanted was a room . What a fuss just to give us an ordinary room. Appalling for such a place. We won't stay there again. Bad service. Then we were told we couldn't have an early breakfast to leave for our flight at 7am as the restaurant only opened at 7am. Yet when we went down at 6.45 it was buzzing

The Leela hotel is a true paradise amidst the bustling city center. I really enjoyed my stay here! From the polite and professional service at the reception to the cozy rooms with magnificent views, my impressions were only positive. Manager Irfan deserves special mention - his caring attitude and attention to detail made my stay at the hotel truly comfortable and enjoyable. He was always ready to help and answer any questions, making my stay at the hotel unforgettable. The service at The Leela hotel is top-notch, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is friendly and responsive. I will gladly come back here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and attentive service. I had a fantastic experience at Leela. I went with my husband and was offerred a room above than what we had booked, the reason was there was a mistake done by hotel staff in miss our airport pick up. They compensated that mistake by offering us a bigger room and give a complementary airport drop. They also returned our fare from airport to hotel. This was a very good customer experience. We loved the food which was served to us during our stay. The range of food in the breakfast menu was great. Also, we ordered at room few times and they were good too, however, the portions were slightly smaller in room service. The dinner was awesome, especially the curd rice, daal rice and chicken curry which we had ordered. We interacted with few of your employees whom I would like to give a shout out. Avani at reception was simply great in her communication. She is the best for hospitality business. In the end, I would like to give a negative feedback for your glass bottles which you provide in the room. It was simply great to see that you avoid plastic bottles, however, the caps of the bottle was hazardous to health as my husband cut his fingers while opening those caps a couple of times. You really need to replace those caps with plastic or some other material.
